Midori is a mother of three, co-founder of Simply Midori, and a trauma-informed advocate passionate about helping others understand the “why” behind their behaviors. 


After experiencing multiple miscarriages and navigating anxiety during subsequent pregnancies, Midori leaned into therapy, community, and honest conversation—especially within her own family. 


Through Simply Midori, she and her husband help individuals process past trauma and live more intentionally. Whether it’s in her home or through her work, Midori believes in making space for the hard and finding peace through vulnerability.
