Sarah Boes is a nurse practitioner, entrepreneur, and heart mom whose daughter, Meadow, was born with multiple congenital heart defects.
After a whirlwind of surgeries and recovery, Sarah began advocating for congenital heart disease research and awareness while sharing her journey with postpartum OCD.
She’s also the author of the newly released children’s book Meadow and Her Four-Leaf Clover Heart and a forthcoming memoir chronicling her experience with motherhood, advocacy, and mental health.
